Jon Shaton joins as General Manager at Everett Ship Repair

We’re thrilled to announce Jon Shaton joining our maritime family as General Manager at Everett Ship Repair. With an impressive career spanning various shipyards and a deep commitment to maritime excellence, Jon brings a wealth of experience to our team.

Jon comes to ESR from his most recent position at Fincantieri in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where he was Program Manager of the USS Constellation-Class Guided-Missile Frigate. Jon is well versed in government and Department of Defense requirements, as well as Commercial repair work having served in leadership roles at Eastern Shipbuilding Group, Colonna’s Shipyard, Vigor Marine, Austal USA, BAE Systems Norfolk Ship Repair, and Newport News Shipbuilding. Jon’s service in the US Navy has honed his skills and instilled a strong work ethic. We’re proud to have a fellow veteran on our team. Jon’s involvement in managing the initial construction phase of Heritage-class cutters for the US Coast Guard and Constellation-class Frigates for the US Navy demonstrates his commitment to maritime excellence.
